With two months to go before the historic inaugural launch of International Recovery Day we currently have 6 of the 7 continents and 22 countries represented. Is YOUR country’s flag represented?

Many of us have a broad reach across geographical boundaries through our social media networks. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other platforms enable many folks in recovery to expand their fellowship connections and broaden their recovery networks by developing new relationships around the world with other like-minded people through a simple “Friend” request.

Quite a few of us have developed such supportive friendships over time. We invite you to view the countries listed to see if you might know someone from a country NOT listed here – and consider reaching out to them with an invitation to represent their country on September 30th.

Once again, International Recovery Day is a free online event and is open to folks from all addictions, embraces all recovery pathways, and welcomes family and friends of loved-ones in active addiction, recovering from addiction, or have passed away from addiction, as well as all those who support the addiction recovery movement.
